Terri Thayer has been a quilter for more than 20 years. She has taught quilting, worked in a retail shop and at conventions like the one featured in her first mystery novel, Wild Goose Chase. Working with fabric led to rubber stamps and a fascination with art quilts, and using words in quilts.

Terri is a transplanted East Coaster. Originally from Niagara Falls, she lived on Long Island and in Northeast Pennsylvania. For the past ten years, happy to leave the snow and ice to heartier stock, she's made Northern California her home.
